By accessing aku9, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet all legal requirements to play online games in Bangladesh. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using our platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. False information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Each person may maintain only one active account on aku9. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aku9 is not liable for unauthorized access to your account if you have shared your password or login details.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use aku9 only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Bangladeshi law. Prohibited activities include:

Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform
Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
Engaging in collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward staff or other users
Money laundering or use of aku9 for illegal transactions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

aku9 games are operated by licensed providers (JILI, Evolution, PG Soft, Red Tiger, Ezugi, JDB) and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. All games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Game pauses, disconnections, or technical errors do not void completed wagers. Your account balance is updated only when the transaction is confirmed by our system.

aku9 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of abuse, including:

Betting patterns indicating system exploitation
Wagering during suspected platform malfunction
Bets placed after game outcome was determined but before settlement confirmation

Bonus & Promotion Terms

The aku9 Welcome Bonus offers 180% on your first deposit, up to ৳24,000. Additional promotions (reload bonuses, cashback at 1.4% daily, referral rewards of ৳550) have separate terms specified at offer time. All bonuses require:

Minimum deposit of ৳300
Completion of 9x wagering requirement before withdrawal
Bonus valid for 7 days from credit

aku9 may suspend, modify, or cancel promotions without notice. Bonus abuse (rapid deposit/withdrawal cycling, colluding with other players) will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

aku9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳300; funds arrive within 5 minutes. You are responsible for providing correct payment details. aku9 is not liable for deposits sent to incorrect accounts or payment failures due to your error.

Withdrawals require a minimum of ৳400 and are processed within 16 minutes. Daily withdrawal limit is ৳30,000 (higher limits unlock with VIP status). First-time withdrawals require KYC verification and may take up to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted to payment providers.

KYC & Account Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving License. Submit clear, legible photos of your document's front and back. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

During KYC, aku9 may request additional information or documents to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction. aku9 reserves the right to deny KYC and close accounts if documentation appears fraudulent or inconsistent with account information.

Account Suspension & Closure

aku9 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if:

You violate these Terms & Conditions
Your account is suspected of illegal activity or fraud
You fail KYC or refuse verification
You breach responsible gaming commitments
You request self-exclusion

Upon suspension, your account balance is frozen. If your account is closed due to violation, funds may be forfeited. If closed at your request, you may withdraw your balance (minus any pending wagers) after a 24-hour reflection period.

Limitation of Liability

aku9 operates on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that the platform is uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful code. Your use of aku9 is at your own risk.

aku9 is not liable for:

Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues
Lost winnings due to game pauses or disconnections
Third-party payment provider errors or delays
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses resulting from your breach of these terms

Your total liability claim against aku9 cannot exceed your account balance at the time of the claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact aku9 support at [email protected] or via live chat (24/7 available). Provide your account ID, game reference number, and detailed description of the issue. aku9 aims to respond within 48 hours.

If aku9's response is unsatisfactory, you may escalate to our management team. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the incident. aku9 will not process claims for disputes older than 30 days. This dispute resolution process is binding; you waive the right to pursue legal action except as required by law.

Responsible Gaming

aku9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through account settings. Self-exclusion is available; excluded players cannot access their account for a minimum of 6 months.
